These terms govern use of PUBG Clip Bot, a desktop tool for capturing, editing, and publishing gameplay clips. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Accounts and connected platforms

You are responsible for your account and for content you select to publish. You may connect supported platforms through their authorization flows. You must have the right to use each account and follow the platform's terms, content rules, and applicable law. Platform access and posting features depend on provider approval and availability. PUBG Clip Bot is an unofficial creator tool and is not affiliated with KRAFTON or PUBG Corporation.

Your content

You keep your rights in your clips and other content. You give us the limited permission needed to process content you submit for a requested feature, including transmitting a selected post to a connected platform. You are responsible for rights to gameplay, music, images, likenesses, and other material in your posts. We do not promise that a destination will accept or publish a post.

Paid features

The app may offer paid features through Stripe checkout. The price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial are shown before you confirm a purchase. You can cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Refunds and cancellation rights follow applicable UK law; email effectz@yahoo.com for help. Publishing itself is intended to be available without a Premium subscription, subject to platform approval and technical availability.

Acceptable use and availability

Do not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, compromise accounts, or abuse connected platforms. We may restrict misuse or access that threatens the service. Features may change or be interrupted by maintenance or platform changes.

Ending use and support

You may stop using the app and disconnect social accounts. Email effectz@yahoo.com for account closure or support. We handle account-deletion requests manually after verifying the request. Cancelling a paid subscription through the billing portal stops future renewals; deleting the desktop app alone does not cancel billing.

Legal terms

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence. We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful. Contact effectz@yahoo.com first if you have a dispute so we can try to resolve it.
